The inner and outer

It's easy to feel helpless in all that's going on in the world. To feel small and that what we do is pointless in the bigger scheme of things. But it couldn't be further from the truth. Remember that you have a responsibility - that your own inner world is represented in the outer world. As Karen Curry so beautifully puts it below; "What we do on a personal level is vital to healing the world".

“Our psyche is set up in accord with the structure of the universe, and what happens in the macrocosm likewise happens in the infinitesimal and most subjective reaches of the psyche.”
By Carl Jung

"What we do on a personal level is vital to healing the world. We are representatives of what we seek to create. We can’t create a just, equitable, sustainable and peaceful world if we ourselves are not embodying justice, equitability, sustainability and peace.

We are dancing with the current energy of the planet and the cosmos. Without awareness, we ride the waves of upheaval like corks bobbing along on a storm-swept sea.

But the adventure of the human condition is remembering that we are NOT hapless objects drifting along in a storm-swept sea. We have the power to engineer our own course.

This is not as simple as we’ve been taught. It takes more than “thinking” to create our reality. It takes embodying the reality we seek to experience and create. We have to consciously lift up our energy up to match the world we want to be living in".
